Eugenie Rogers focuses her practice at King & Spalding on global construction and infrastructure disputes. She has extensive experience representing clients in complex international arbitration and business litigation matters in the construction, engineering, transportation, and energy sectors.
Eugenie represents clients in international arbitrations before various arbitral institutions and handles disputes before construction-specialist dispute boards. She acts for and against states and state bodies, and brings particular experience on energy and large infrastructure projects. Eugenie has been recognized in various legal ranking guides for her advocacy skills and client service, and she is a frequent speaker on issues relating to international dispute resolution. She has taught international commercial arbitration as an adjunct professor at the SMU Dedman School of Law since 2024.
